We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may get you struck off our customer’s register. You can also do this on the confirmation email you received when you booked your appointment.
We accept card payments, Paypal and many more, including buy now pay later (Clear Pay/Klarna) for our deposits.
For the remainder balance we accept both card payments (same as for deposits) and also cash, via PayPal, or through bank transfer. Payments for the remainder of the balance of your chosen hairstyle should be made at the end of your service.
