How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please communicate your expectations and desires clearly well ahead of your appointment, arrive on time and prepared. If you would like me to wash and detangle your hair please choose this service when booking your appointment or let me know ahead of time (This allows me to allocate appropriate time to do your hair properly without rushing and also forecast accurate price for the full service). Otherwise, arrive with your hair clean, detangled, and free of any products. This helps us provide the best service possible. What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may get you struck off our customer’s register. You can contact me via email at info@creativealia.com or text me on WhatsApp to cancel or reschedule your appointment ahead of time so the slot can be available for someone else. You can also do this on the confirmation email you received when you booked your appointment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept card payments, Paypal and many more, including buy now pay later (Clear Pay/Klarna) for our deposits.
For the remainder balance we accept both card payments (same as for deposits) and also cash, via PayPal, or through bank transfer. Payments for the remainder of the balance of your chosen hairstyle should be made at the end of your service.
How long will my appointment take?
The duration of your appointment depends on the style you choose. Typically, appointments can last anywhere from 2 to 6 hours.
Can I bring my own hair products?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own hair products. Please inform me beforehand if you have any specific requirements or allergies.

How do I care for my braids after the appointment?
We recommend regular washing and conditioning, avoiding excessive tension on the scalp, and protecting your braids while sleeping. Your will get specific aftercare instructions based on your chosen style at the end of your appointment.
