Unfortunately all downloadable products are ineligible for refund and returns.

Physical Products:

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel an order, you can request a refund as long as the order has not been dispatched. Once your order is on its way, we are unable to process refunds. If you create an account in our website you will be able to cancel orders yourself. Otherwise you can also cancel an order by contacting our customer service team immediately at info@creativealia.com with your order details.

Virtual Products:

To ensure your chosen braiding hairstyle or hairdressing service, a £10 deposit is required, refundable if you contact us to cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment, as this helps cover hair and supplies; rest assured, your money is safe with us, and we’ll collect your details to keep in touch—plus, enjoy a 10% discount if I arrive late or need to reschedule.
